Welcome to Mediterra. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website, products, and services throughout North America. By accessing or purchasing from Mediterra, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website.
1. Company Information Mediterra is a Florida-based luxury food company offering curated Mediterranean products including olive oil, herb blends, floral teas, and gourmet gift sets. All references to “Mediterra CO,” “we,” “our,” or “us” refer to Mediterra CO LLC.
2. Eligibility You must be at least 18 years old to make purchases on our website. By using this site, you confirm that you are of legal age to enter into a binding contract.
3. Product Information & Artisanal Nature Mediterra products are hand-filled in small batches and may exhibit natural variations in color, aroma, or texture. While we strive for accuracy in product descriptions and imagery, we do not guarantee that all product details are error-free or identical to each batch.
4. Orders & Payment We accept major credit and debit cards through secure payment processors. All prices are listed in USD. You agree to provide accurate billing and shipping information. We reserve the right to reject or cancel any order at our discretion, including those with pricing errors or suspected fraudulent activity.
5. Shipping & Delivery We proudly ship throughout North America. Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days. Once shipped, Mediterra is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or incorrect addresses. Free shipping is offered on orders over $120 (before taxes and discounts).
6. Returns & Refunds Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged or defective, you may request a refund within 7 days of delivery. Photo evidence of the damage is required. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
7. Use of Website You may use this site for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Unauthorized use, including scraping, misrepresentation, or resale of products, is prohibited. Mediterra reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for any user violating these terms.
8. Intellectual Property All content on this site—including logos, trademarks (e.g., Maison Herb & Spice No. 3, Floral Reserve 21), product names, images, and text—is the exclusive property of Mediterra CO LLC and may not be copied or reproduced without written consent.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability All products are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Mediterra disclaims all express or implied warranties, including fitness for a particular purpose. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to use or misuse of our products, including allergic reactions or failure to follow usage instructions.
