Return Period: Due to the perishable nature of our gourmet food collections, we are unable to accept returns under any circumstances. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery with clear, time-stamped photographs of the product, packaging, and shipping label.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 4 hours of delivery:

  • Provide clear, time-stamped photographs of the product, packaging, and shipping label.

  • Retain all packaging until the issue is resolved.

  • Once verified, we will issue a refund or replacement at our discretion.

Missing Deliveries

If an order is marked as DELIVERED but not received, please contact us within 5 days so that we can address the matter with the carrier. Claims made after this period cannot be honored.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary, but most refunds appear within 7–10 business days depending on your card issuer.
