At Mediterra, each order is prepared with the utmost care to ensure our gourmet collections arrive in perfect condition.

• Order Processing: Orders are prepared within 1–2 business days.

• Shipping Rates:

  • Flat Rate Shipping – $12.95 for all orders under $99.

  • Complimentary Shipping – Provided on all orders of $99 or more.

• Delivery Window: Deliveries are made Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). Estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout and include both preparation and shipping.

• Delays: Should there be any delay due to availability, carrier issues, or external factors, customers will be notified promptly.
